Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-focused sales professional with excellent communication skills to join our sales team as an Inside Sales Representative.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our customizable print-marketing materials, with a specific focus on calendars. Your main duties will include contacting past and current clients through warm calls, as well as proactively seeking out new prospective clients to grow our client base. Your key objectives will be to consistently meet and exceed sales targets, while nurturing and developing long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service.
As a part of our sales team, you will receive ongoing training and support from our experienced sales leadership, while working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales presentations to clients and prospects over the telephone, identifying client needs and promoting our diverse product offerings and services
- Build, manage and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Implement a sales strategy to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded
- Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound telephone calls and emails with efficiency
- Utilize CRM program (Salesforce) to place orders and maintain an accurate customer contact database
- Stay up to date with product offerings/services
- Complete additional related duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced environment or related customer service experience
- Phone-based sales experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Previous experience using a sales/CRM program is an asset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Highly self-motivated and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Salary Range: The salary range for this position starts from $50,000 annually. Final compensation will be commensurate with applicable experience and skill level.
