What You'll Do:
- Administrative Support: Provide general clerical support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Communication Hub: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring excellent communication both internally and externally.
- Document Management: Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining important documents and records.
- Scheduling Superstar: Help manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members, ensuring everyone stays on track.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to assist with projects and administrative tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—your work will help keep us running smoothly!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
