Job Title: Culture and Talent Engagement Specialist

Position Overview:
Rove Concepts is seeking a passionate and dedicated Culture and Talent Engagement Specialist to champion our company culture and lead our talent acquisition efforts. This role is essential in creating an inspiring and inclusive work environment that reflects Rove Concepts' core values of teamwork, quality, and honesty. The ideal candidate will be a true culture advocate, responsible for fostering a workplace where employees feel valued, engaged, and motivated. By implementing meaningful cultural initiatives and managing a people-focused recruitment process, this role will attract, retain, and nurture talent that thrives in our unique, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:
- Create, lead, and implement culture initiatives that embody Rove Concepts' values and foster an inclusive, collaborative work environment.
- Develop programs and events that boost employee morale, celebrate achievements, and recognize milestones.
- Collaborate with department heads to support team-building activities and initiatives that enhance team cohesion and reinforce our company values.
- Act as an ambassador for Rove Concepts' brand values, ensuring that these are integrated into all employee touchpoints and communications.
- Champion programs that prioritize employee wellness, mental health, and overall work-life balance.
- Gather employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and regular check-ins to identify areas for improvement in company culture and employee satisfaction.
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and fostering early engagement with company culture and values.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for open positions across departments, especially for culture-aligned roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, promoting Rove Concepts as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement hiring strategies that align with company goals.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process to ensure efficiency, quality, and a positive candidate experience
- Support and promote initiatives that enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within recruitment, onboarding, and everyday company culture.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in culture-building, recruitment, or a related role, ideally within a high-growth or retail environment.
- Proven experience in creating and executing culture-focused initiatives that enhance employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, with a demonstrated ability to source, attract, and retain top talent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software (BambooHR)
- Passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment, with a proactive approach to fostering employee well-being and a sense of belonging.
