Welcome to M3 Staffing! We are seeking Certified Crane Operators to join a construction project in Langley, BC. The ideal candidates will have a valid BC Crane Operator Certification and experience operating cranes safely and efficiently in a variety of job site conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Operate cranes to lift, move, and position materials in accordance with project specifications.
• Ensure the safe rigging of loads and communicate effectively with rigging personnel.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on cranes and ensure that equipment is properly maintained.
• Follow project and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure smooth operations.
• Interpret load charts and plan lifting operations to ensure safe handling of materials.
• Work closely with ground crew and site supervisors to coordinate crane movements.
• Maintain accurate logs of crane operation and service records.
  

Qualifications & Must-Haves:

• BC Crane Operator Certification (mandatory).
• Proven experience in crane operation, preferably in construction or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of rigging techniques and load-handling safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret load charts and construction plans.
• Solid understanding of crane maintenance and safety regulations.

• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
