We are actively seeking outstanding Administrative Assistants and Receptionists who are looking for full-time employment. While we don't have immediate openings, we will contact candidates who submit applications as we gear up for our busy season.
Position Overview:If you have a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, and at least 2 years of experience in Canada as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist, we encourage you to apply with your resume.
Shift Times: Day shifts
Compensation: $18 to $24 per hour, depending on the position and experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data related to contracts, jobs, treatment setups, and product sales into CRM software.
- Organize and effectively report data.
- Upload and file contracts for new customers.
- Maintain customer accounts, including updates and billing changes.
- Process credit memos as required.
- Handle payments, including credit card transactions.
- Communicate with technicians regarding scheduling.
- Perform various office duties such as opening mail, scanning, and sending invoices.
- Manage administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable as needed.
- Additional duties will be assigned as specific roles become available.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (proof will be required); some positions may require further education.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Demonstrated initiative, responsibility, and a proactive approach.
- Must be a friendly, professional team player capable of working independently and under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company, with a focus on long-term employment.
