Position Overview:
The successful Professional Services Clerk will be based in our Abbotsford Office and report to the Business Manager. The position will assist engineers and geoscientists at Onsite Engineering by completing invoicing, purchasing, shipping, maintaining effective filing systems, fleet maintenance, data entry into our project management system (Bill-Quick), travel bookings and working with and assisting the team of administrators in other offices. This position will include general office duties such as office reception and overseeing the mail.
Major Job Functions:
- Professional and courteous communication
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Support with purchasing, logistics and bookings.
- Support with time keeping, invoice creation and collections.
- Support system administration, and fleet management.
- Support with Accounts Receivable and Payable data entry.
- Maintain effective filing systems already in place.
- Work with and support the team of administrators in other offices.
- Provide assistance to employees as needed.
- General office duties and upkeep.
- Other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Administrative Assistant Certificate or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office software products such as Excel, Word, Outlook
- Valid BC driver's license
