Customer Service Representative
Pacific Westen Charters Ltd. is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for our Northern Health Connections operation in Prince George. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a key position that requires confidentiality, maturity, diplomacy and the ability to work with all levels of staff and the public.
The shifts for this position will be on Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Reliable transportation is required as there is no public transit servicing the business location.
Wage: $17.50 per hour
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Exemplary customer service skills with previous experience in a customer facing / customer service position
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Ability to remain composed, tactful, and professional in all communications
- Team-oriented with the ability to work with little supervision
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Confident, pleasant and welcoming disposition
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Book travel and process ticket sales
- Answer phones / respond to client or passenger inquiries
- Assist drivers with inquiries or concerns
- Creation of memos and other written documents
- Filing of invoices
- Arrange hotel room bookings for drivers
- Restock and order supplies
- Data entry for fuel and other information
- Various other administrative duties as required
