Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HVAC construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they stay on schedule, meet specifications, and stay within budget
• Manage construction change orders and negotiate contracts with architects, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Lead quality control efforts and conduct on-site inspections
• Collaborate with engineers, clients, and inspectors, representing the company in meetings
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all job sites

What You Bring:

• Strong client relationship management skills in a commercial environment
• Proven experience managing commercial/retail HVAC construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret bid documents, contracts, and construction schedules
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, and project management software
• Bilingualism is an asset
