Role - Golden Source Developer

Location - Toronto, ON - Hybrid

Duration - Long term

Must Have

1. Extensive experience in implementing Golden Source v8.x in a financial Institution

2. Very good Knowledge of Golden Source Security Master v8.x , Architecture and Data Model.

3. Preferably / technical consultant

4. Very good knowledge in Golden Source Workflow, Connector, UI development

5. At least 5 years' experience working with a best-of-breed trading application in a technical or business support role, providing customer focused support at the front & Back Office level

6. Working knowledge of handling Security Reference Data

7. Experience working with Data Vendors like Bloomberg, Reuters etc

8. Understanding of Financial Instruments

9. Exposure to Jboss/JMS and tools like JIRA/confluence etc

10. Good experience working with RDBMS like Oracle or Postgres etc

Nice to Have

1. Good understanding of Shell Scripting

2. Experience in Golden Source Version upgrade

3. Basic knowledge on HDFS/Hive
