Penfolds Roofing & Solar has been providing roofing services in British Columbia since 1937. We are expanding our team and are in need of a Roofing Field Supervisor to oversee our various roofing projects throughout Greater Vancouver.

We are looking for outgoing individuals who are dependable, hard working, professional, and passionate about safety and workmanship. If you are looking to get off the tools and into a leadership role this is the position for you.

Job Summary

This role is critical regarding the planning, execution, and success of every project/job with the company. By overseeing all projects in their geographical corridor, the Field Supervisor is responsible to ensure:

• The Quality of every project meets the company standards.
• The jobs are produced efficiently.
• Manage add-on sales.
• All Job Site Safety Protocols are strictly followed.

Qualifications/Skills:

• 5+ years of overseeing a crew or roofing projects.
• Valid Class 5 license.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with a wide variety of roofing systems including sloped and flat roofs.
• Fall Protection Certification considered an asset.
• Red Seal in Roofing considered an asset.
• Valid First Aid certification considered an Asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to use technology to report on project progression.
