Responsibilities:
- Optimize the online store to enhance user experience and drive sales by improving navigation, product descriptions, images, and checkout processes to increase conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Manage Kijiji ads, ensuring that all titles, descriptions, and photos are polished, optimized for search, and aligned with the company's branding and sales goals.
- Oversee the Pinterest account to maximize engagement and drive traffic to the website.
- Update business directories, including Yellow Pages, ensuring listings are accurate and up-to-date with the latest company information, products, and services.
- Assist with other e-commerce-related initiatives, providing support in tasks that optimize the online presence and enhance the digital sales funnel.
Profile:
- Self-starter with a strong results-driven mindset, focused on improving online sales performance and optimizing digital marketing efforts
- Detail-oriented with excellent writing and editing skills for creating compelling product descriptions, titles, and engaging ad copy
- Understanding of SEO and content optimization, including knowledge of how to optimize product listings and ads to increase visibility and drive customer traffic
- Collaborative and team-oriented, working closely with the marketing team to design and optimize landing pages, ensuring a seamless user experience, optimized lead generation, and consistent brand messaging
- ·Strong task prioritization skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle ad-hoc requests, and meet tight deadlines
- Adaptable and problem-solving, able to adapt to changing marketing trends or internal demands and come up with creative solutions to challenges
