As we continue to grow and expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a strategic thinker, and highly organized Proposal Coordinator to join our Sales team.

Reporting to the Manager of Sales and Sales Operations, this position is part of a high performing, growing team playing a critical role in driving revenue growth for our company by(1) supporting the Team in preparing RFP and RFI responses;(2) generating high quality response content; and (3) maintaining and updating the Master RFP template documents. You will collaborate internally across Customer Success, Sales, and Product to understand and fully address RFP requirements and propose tailored solutions that add value to their operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to development of RFP/RFI response strategy. Review processes and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Responsible tomanage response duties and tasks. Communicate effectivelyand hold team members accountable for their deliverables.
  • Research customer details including values, mission statement and objectivesand requirements, and incorporate key principles into tailored executive summaries for each proposal response.
  • Prepare initial drafts of all RFI and RFP responses. Be highly skilled in determiningunique customer requirements and writing articulate and concise responses to unique criteria. Ensure response preparation is both professional and timely.
  • Take ownership for final submissions, including print and ship where required.
  • Contribute to coordination for partner bids.
  • Maintain and update the Master RFP library documents to keep them current with the most recent and accurateinformation.
  • Contribute to post-award competitive analysis.
  • Prepare sales support items such as quotes for renewals and upsells.
  • Support the Team in creating product demonstration PowerPoint decks.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in writing and responding to RFPs
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from a leading University
  • Experience in supporting software sales strongly preferred
  • Experience with finance, accounting, budgeting, and forecasting will be an asset
  • Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and to remaincalm under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High competency in written English. Capable of articulating potentially complex concepts in language that is clear and concise

Location:
This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville, Ontario office.
