About the Role

The Lead Installer role at Inbox Booths is a crucial position responsible for overseeing and executing the installation of our innovative office privacy booths. It also requires leadership skills and an aptitude for interacting with customers. The Lead Installer will work closely with our team, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality results that meet our standards of excellence. This role will also require some travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Physically move and build booths
  • Lead and supervise installation teams on-site
  • Interpret and follow installation plans and blueprints
  • Ensure proper assembly and placement of booths
  • Coordinate with clients and project managers to meet installation deadlines
  • Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise
  • Create training materials and train and mentor junior installers
  • Perform quality checks on completed installations
  • Manage inventory and tools required for installations
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns

Requirements:

  • This role requires physical strength and construction experience.
  • Proven experience in construction or installation, preferably 3+ years
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 100 lbs)
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Flexibility to travel for installations as needed
