The customer service representative is located in our head office in Mississauga and provides service over the phone and via email to our residents as well as administrative support to our property managers. This position is entry level but leads quickly to a career as a property manager in the condominium industry.
We are looking for top notch customer service reps who excel at communication and service.

Excellent communication skills

Patience to diffuse difficult client concerns
Own transportation required in order to cover condo sites throughout GTA
One year experience in a busy customer service environment
