What you'll be doing:
We are seeking a Financial Coordinator with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of our organization by analyzing financial data, coordinating budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This role requires a proactive problem solver who thrives on taking initiative and delivering results with minimal supervision.
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Prepare, monitor, and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare and present financial summaries to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Ensure timely submission of internal and external reports.
- Process Coordination & Compliance:
- Coordinate and improve financial workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated on relevant financial regulations and ensure company compliance.
- Collaborate with departments to align financial processes with organizational goals.
- Problem Solving & Critical Thinking:
- Assess and resolve financial issues independently, escalating when necessary.

- Project Support:

What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial coordination, analysis, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
