Responsibilities:
- Develop visually appealing, platform-specific social media content that aligns with brand messaging, engages the audience, and adapts to current trends
- Support marketing manager on various marketing activities across platforms
- Respond to social media inquiries, engaging with the audience and enhancing customer experience
- Brochure strategy and execution with a focus on design and customer appeal
- Assist with internal marketing ad-hoc demands and cross-departmental projects
Profile:
- Proficient in using design tools to create visually compelling content and tell engaging stories through visuals
- Ensures brand voice consistency by aligning all content with the brand's tone and messaging, creating a cohesive and recognizable brand presence
- Customer-centric with a strong focus on creating positive, meaningful consumer experiences
- Trend-aware, staying up-to-date with social media trends, seasonal events, and viral content to ensure marketing efforts are relevant and timely
- Collaborative and team-oriented, working closely with the marketing team to design and optimize landing pages, ensuring a seamless user experience, optimized lead generation, and consistent brand messaging
- Effective task prioritization, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, especially when working on ad-hoc requests or meeting tight deadlines
- Adaptable and problem-solving, able to adapt to changing marketing trends or internal demands and come up with creative solutions to challenges
