Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License (Class 5)
Requirements:
- Experience in construction or desire to learn the construction process is required.
- Ability to read and interpret project drawings, scope, and specification documents.
- Ability to perform detailed and accurate material take-offs.
- Ability to pull information from multiple sources to create detailed drawings and work orders.
- The desire to seek out the most efficient and effective way to solve problems and complete tasks.
- Ability to meet strict bid submission timelines.
- Ability to think quickly, make decisions, and direct on-site personnel if needed.
- Ability to work independently
- Organized and detail oriented while maintaining the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Good typing, Word and Outlook skills required. Excellent Excel skills required.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to call contractors and clients to discuss the proposals and concerns and vendors to discuss materials and pricing.
- Excellent organization and time management skills are essential.
- Ability to learn the company's scheduling/accounting/inventory software.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Focus on all aspects of Atmosphere's commercial projects from bid to completion and will work closely with the Project Manager
- Review project drawings and specifications for completeness and to determine scope of work.
- Once an understanding of the project is established and material costs have been determined, a detailed project-specific bid and bid submission documents will be put together for review with the commercial division manager.
- This position also involves reviewing contracts, project documents, site instructions, and project schedules.
- Detailed shop drawings will need to be prepared for the client and architectural review as well as comprehensive paperwork for the installation team.
- Detailed and accurate order information will need to be prepared for the purchaser.
- Assisting in preparing monthly billing paperwork.
- Upon project completion warranty and maintenance information will need to be prepared for the client.
- All tasks related to the Project Estimator/Coordinator position will need to be completed in a professional and timely manner.
- Other tasks as assigned by Management.
