We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to our clients and who will maintain and increase industry-leading customer satisfaction scores. You will liaise with your team to resolve customer inquiries (via phone, chat and email channels) and you will work closely with our warehouse team to ensure timely issue resolution.

Location: This role is Full Time in Office on John St in Downtown Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with tracking shipments, providing delivery updates, and resolving any issues related to their shipments.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including operations and sales, to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of our services and industry trends to better assist customers.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Flexibility is required with respect to hours of work as the incumbent may be required to work rotating shifts in a 16/7 environment, including days, evenings, weekends and general holidays.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role (1-2 years)
  • Bilingual (French/English) an asset
  • Experience in project management and/or sales roles is a plus
  • Exceptional client service mentality
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced start-up to scale-up environment
  • Familiarity with Zendesk is an asset
  • Experience in warehouse operations is highly valued
