Role Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our landscaping projects, from initial design through to completion. This role requires a professional who can effectively coordinate between clients, design teams, and on-site staff to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple landscape construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with design and estimating teams to finalize project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to procure necessary materials and services.
  • Supervise on-site crews, enforcing safety protocols and promoting efficient work practices.
  • Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues, maintaining clear communication with all project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management would be an asset.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in landscaping, construction, or a similar industry.
  • 5+ years of hands-on landscape construction experience is required.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape construction practices, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license.
