About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Carpenter to join our team in Burlington. If you have a passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail, we want to hear from you! The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in carpentry and will work on a variety of projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and other materials
• Build and install frameworks, structures, and fixtures (doors, windows, cabinets, stairs, etc.)
• Repair and maintain existing structures following blueprints, building plans, and specifications
• Inspect and assess carpentry needs for new and existing construction projects
• Ensure all work is completed in line with safety regulations and standards
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other tradespeople
• Operate hand and power tools effectively and safely

Experience and Qualifications Requirements:

• Must be a Licensed Carpenter (Certification required)
• Proven experience in carpentry work
• Experience with complex projects such as custom cabinetry, renovations, or framing
• Familiarity with power tools and construction equipment
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Strong knowledge of building materials and construction techniques
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong communication skills
