We're currently seeking a versatile Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist to help establish a new clinic in Steinbach, MB. This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity for someone experienced clinically, coupled with strong administrative and customer service skills, and a keen interest in marketing and business growth.

*We are offering a sign-on bonus of $20,000 plus an attractive relocation assistance package for anyone interested in the opportunity living outside of the region*

What the role entails:

In your initial 60 days, you will undergo comprehensive training that familiarizes you with HearCANADA's policies, procedures, and operational standards. This training will include a blend of in-person and virtual learning sessions.

During the following 60 days, your focus will shift to building brand awareness and cultivating community relationships in the local area, supported by a dedicated marketing team.

Upon the clinic's opening and ongoing, you will play a pivotal role in daily operations, delivering outstanding client care in hearing services.

What we're seeking:

  • Graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program
  • Registered with CASLPM (College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists in Manitoba) or NBC-HIS (National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences) in good standing
  • Strong knowledge of hearing health care products and services, with experience in diagnostics and dispensing
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a passion for business development and fostering community partnerships through marketing initiatives
  • Experience in event planning, lead generation, and business development considered a significant asset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and community partners
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office applications
