Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections and appraisals of vehicles, assessing their condition, history, and market value.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with sellers to secure competitive deals that align with the dealership's objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify market trends and customer preferences, ensuring optimal inventory selection.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle acquisition, including purchase agreements, vehicle history reports, and associated documentation.
  • Coordinate transportation logistics for acquired vehicles, working closely with logistics partners and internal departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitive offerings to anticipate customer demand and identify potential acquisition opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in vehicle acquisition, pre-owned sales, or related roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of pre-owned vehicles, including market values, popular models, and features.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of securing favorable pricing and terms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with sellers, colleagues, and customers.
