POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Front of House (FOH) Supervisor will play the key leadership role in supporting the store Manager with the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of FOH, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product delivery, guest relations, team management including recruiting, retention and training of team members, financial accountability, ensuring that the highest quality services are delivered to each guest and other duties as required or assigned.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the guest experience ensuring high quality service and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with General Manager to hire, train, schedule, performance manage and supervise FOH staff
- Work closely with Heart-of-House (HOH) team to ensure smooth service.
- Oversee the financial aspects of the FOH, including sales, budget and inventory
- Ensure that Garbriel Pizza adheres to health and safety regulations
- Handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner
- Foster a positive company culture maintaining a positive attitude that promotes teamwork
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE and KEY SKILLS:
- Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the Hospitality/ Food and Beverage industry
- Leadership skills - demonstrated ability to motivate and direct others
- Previous scheduling experience an asset
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
- Strong business acumen, including an understanding of budgets and operating costs
- Strong analytical/decision-making skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Smart Serve Certification is an asset

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays
