Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of duties, including:

Actively engaging + motivating your team to achieve the strategic goals

Serving as a professional role model

Monitoring and supervising the care provided to our residents, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions

Collaborating with physicians, residents' families, and other stakeholders to provide comprehensive care

Overseeing the hiring, performance management, and ongoing development of the nursing team

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Current RN / RPN registration with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives

A degree in nursing, with a minimum of three years' experience in management or administration (preferred)

Experience in geriatric care or a suitable combination of education and experience

Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and mentoring skills

Ability to effectively manage conflict and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
