Role Overview:

We're looking for a Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, and executing digital marketing strategies. This includes crafting compelling newsletters, maintaining consistent communication across all platforms, and supporting our growth through creative and effective campaigns. This is a hybrid position that requires a proactive, organized, and highly skilled individual who can effectively balance multiple tasks and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with freelancers to create, edit, and publish daily content, including graphics, videos, and posts.
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with the community, and respond to inquiries promptly to foster strong relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Analyze and track the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Research and stay on top of marketing trends to maintain competitive edge.

Content Creation & Copywriting:

  • Write compelling copy for various formats, including social media captions, newsletters, blogs, and marketing materials.
  • Produce a weekly blog posts.
  • Develop and distribute a weekly newsletter, ensuring high engagement and relevance.

Marketing Automation:

  • Use HubSpot to create and manage automated email flows, customer journeys, and marketing campaigns.
  • Regularly update and optimize automated emails and newsletters based on performance data.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications media used by the organization

Content Production:

  • Create and manage engaging digital content for various platforms
  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media channels.
  • Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality visual and written content that aligns with brand guidelines.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, ensuring all content is delivered on time and meets the required standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media and content strategies with broader business goals.
  • Support the sales team and carry out various brand-related communications

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and copywriting, preferably in a hybrid role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using social media management tools, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and graphic/video editing software.
  • Organized & Driven: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high-quality output.
  • Creative & Strategic: Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with the target audience.
  • High Attention to Detail: Ensure all content is accurate, and consistent with brand voice and messaging.
  • Self-Motivated & Adaptable: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities and feedback.
