Must have Skills:

• Direct experience with the design, management, and implementation of digital government program(s), and managing complex digital transformations in a public sector environment.
• Expertise in cloud migration, including in-depth assessment capabilities, strategic planning expertise, and proven pilot migration experience, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and resource optimization.
• Experience with significant business transformation and change management components.
• Experience with human centered design approaches.
• Identify what type of personnel that will be engaged in any manner in the project.
