Sales Consultant, Full Time

Location: FFUN Motorsports Winnipeg West

Salesy salesperson need not apply. We're looking for real people, with real personalities. The kind of people that can even make their in-laws like them. At the FFUN Group, it's all about the customer. It's the ‘talking to your neighbour' type of feel. And working within our Recreation Division that means speaking their language too. Four-Stroke and Ergolock rolling right off the tongue! We both know your closing rates make others blush, so isn't it time to finally be rewarded for that?

If you love motor sports, this is your dream. Come to work every day, play with toys and help your customers do the same. You've never seen a happier face than sending someone off to the lake with a new ride. So work with people you actually like. Enjoy celebration lunches. And frankly, be paid like you deserve for your sweet sales skills. It's the start of something huge for you. Rev up that engine burning inside and hitch onto our bandwagon today.

  • Assist the customer in selecting their vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Provide that memorable buying experience, every time. You're working with the most amazing products on earth (Can-Am, SeaDoo, SkiDoo, maybe even some motorcycles & trailers). You will explain their performance, application and benefits with enthusiasm.
  • Match their passion. Live your product, so you can wow them with knowledgeable presentations, demonstrations and upsell those awesome accessories. Then train every day to sharpen those sales skills and bat away even the toughest of buying objections.
  • Take ownership of every lead, protect it like a Mama Bear, and don't forget to have fun.
  • You set the tone for what your customer experiences once they leave the door. So jack up the music, rev those engines and enjoy the start of one bad ass career.
