INCOM Manufacturing Group is a locally owned and operated business specializing in safety identification markings and products for quality customers worldwide. We are currently seeking a metal stamping press operator for the day shift at our facility in Ancaster, Ontario. The role will involve basic tooling setup and machine operation processing various aluminum parts for our products. We seek a positive, motivated individual to join our team that will bring upbeat energy and productivity to the mix. This role will be ideally suited to individuals that have worked in the metal processing industry and have previous basic knowledge of tooling setup and equipment operation.

The role is full-time (40 hours weekly) with the current shift Monday - Thursday (10 hours daily) 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, which allows for 3-day weekends to enjoy extra time with friends and family.
