We are looking for a full-time, solution-savvy Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. Primary responsibility will be account management including relationship management, up-sell/cross-sell, customer renewals, and expansions. You will be individually responsible for small and medium-sized accounts and work in tandem with other members of the team on customer accounts. We are looking for a smart and driven professional committed to delivering the best services and the right solutions to our customers. The ideal candidate should have an aptitude for sales, be comfortable with being part of a growing department, be quick on their feet, adaptable to change, and ready to take ownership of their role.
Tasks Includes for the Entry-Level Customer Success Manager:
- Developing lasting helpful relationships in person with our customer base
- Communicating with customers on a regular basis in a way that adds value
- Learning customer's objectives and up-selling the appropriate tools
- Scheduling follow-ups with customers and gather feedback
- Staying up to date on all industry compliance standards and protocols
Requirements for the Entry-Level Customer Success Manager:
- Undergraduate Degree preferred of HS with some work experiences
- Relevant experience in one or more of the following: customer service, marketing, sales, or account management
- A basic understanding of customer service principals
- Good written communication skills
- Must be willing to travel occasionally
