Our BUDDS' MINI Service Team has an immediate opening for an experienced Service Advisor!

Our service advisors earn a base salary plus a lucrative bonus plan based on team sales & other KPI's such as customer satisfaction.

We are ideally looking for candidates who have experience working as a Service Advisor in car dealerships, but would consider non-traditional applicants as well who possess the following skills/experience:

• Some mechanical knowledge, familiarity with maintenance schedules, repair categories
• Above average communicator
• Engaging & friendly personality
• Basic math skills
• Conflict resolution & Problem solving skills
