We are seeking an organized and experienced Procurement Coordinator to join our team at Crunch Canada. This position is based out of our office in Cambridge, Ontario. The successful candidates will manage product flow at our office and club locations across Canada. This role will work to maximize pricing and vendor relationships, improve operational and logistic efficiencies, and streamline current inventory management processes. This role will also support our growth at Crunch Fitness and be a part of the greatest growth story to ever be told in the fitness industry.
Position Overview:
Create and implement inventory and tracking of uniforms, equipment, vehicles, and other items
Conduct evaluations and negotiate contracts with vendors
Purchase supplies and services that meet the quality standards and brand guidelines at Crunch Fitness
Compare industry trends to determine competitive pricing with external vendors
Coordinate delivery of equipment and supplies; work with our facility manager to streamline repairs and work orders
Verify details of orders and ensure accuracy
Minimize freight and shipping costs and maintain inventory tracking
Review requests and prepare purchase requisitions for approval
Support Accounts Payable Team with invoicing from supplies and ensuring accuracy with purchase orders

Who You Are:
1-3 years of experience in a Buying or Procurement Role
Prior purchasing or order experience is required
Understanding of inventory, workflows, processing, and AP/AR
You can work without a roadmap, and you are a goal oriented, problem solver with a strong drive for results
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational, planning, and administration skills
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
