Requirements

• G License
• Experience in home health care, medical equipment sales, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially for billing and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple responsibilities.
• Knowledge of insurance billing, healthcare products, and mobility solutions (preferred).
• Clean Vulnerable Sector Backcheck

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home assessments to identify client needs and recommend appropriate mobility aids or medical equipment.
• Process accurate insurance and private billing for home health care services and equipment.
• Assist clients in selecting and fitting compression stockings based on medical needs.
• Promote and sell wheelchairs, mobility aids, and other home health equipment.
• Provide ongoing support, including equipment training, troubleshooting, and answering client inquiries.
