We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee the transfer of data from estimating software to our ERP system, ensuring accurate costing and pricing alignment. This role involves managing material orders, fabrication, and delivery within set project timelines and handling contract closure upon project completion. You will contribute to quality assurance, timely reporting, and customer satisfaction, all while upholding our core values.
  • up to $53,000 (based on industry experience)

Requirements & Qualifications
  • College diploma in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Previous project coordination experience or similar role is advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/project management software
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize effectively in a team-based environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to quality
  • High mathematical aptitude, with DHI courses/designation considered an asset
Key Responsibilities
  • Material Coordination: Timely ordering, sourcing, and itemizing of materials, aligning with project schedules and managing freight costs
  • Shop Orders: Develop shop orders based on approved drawings
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee product quality checks before customer delivery
  • Scheduling: Ensure materials are shipped on schedule; coordinate outbound freight when required
  • Purchase Orders: Process acknowledgments promptly to maintain project timelines
  • Billing Coordination: Collaborate with accounting for accurate billing and contract updates
  • Postmortems: Participate in post-project reviews to refine processes
  • Customer Service: Build strong relationships with contractors and provide exceptional service
  • Communication: Act as the liaison with general contractors to coordinate product delivery updates
