Site Supervisor (ICI Interior Projects) Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This position requires a proactive leader who can manage on-site operations, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating activities, managing resources, health and safety, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Duties:

  • Supervise daily construction activities and manage site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Utilize construction management software to track project progress, manage schedules, and maintain documentation.
  • Review blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and provide guidance to the team.
  • Assist in budgeting and estimating project costs, ensuring that expenditures align with financial plans.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations on-site.
  • Provide training and support to team members on best practices in construction techniques and safety protocols.
  • Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.
  • Own the health and safety oversight on each assigned project.

Skills:

  • Proficient in quality control processes and standards within the construction industry.
  • Strong background in construction estimating, enabling accurate budget forecasting.
  • Experience in supervising teams effectively, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately.
  • Knowledge of budgeting principles related to construction projects.
  • Competence in using tools for document management and collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure project specifications are met.

This role is essential for maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency on-site while leading a dedicated team toward successful project completion.
