We believe great businesses thrive on diversity, inclusion, and the contributions of all employees. To that end, we recruit candidates from different backgrounds and foster a work environment that encourages employees to collaborate and learn from each other, completely free of barriers.

We encourage you to apply if your qualifications and experience are a good fit for any of our openings.

Your role:

As an Enterprise Systems Project Manager, you'll lead complex software application implementations across Finance, Banking, Analytics, CRM, and Customer Portal systems. You'll work with cross-company stakeholders to drive organizational change through a mix of internal development, configuration, and third-party provider activities.

You'll manage team dependencies, facilitate processes, and support project execution while handling risks and driving continuous improvement. Your role involves optimizing resources, including third-party vendors, and creatively defining project pacing to deliver incremental benefits. You'll ensure that projects remain feasible and deliver significant business value to our organization.

Your responsibilities:

  • Take the lead from a project planning and coordination perspective for the delivery of one or more larger team initiatives. This will include working with Enterprise Systems teams on scope, third parties on delivery approach and phasing, and dependent Company teams on work inputs.
  • Work with the Enterprise Systems team and third parties, compile work estimates and planning assumptions. Socialize overall target milestones, per initiative, based on work estimates and assumptions.
  • Identify and coordinate dependencies throughout the software implementation life cycle and track key project gates (including stakeholder, architectural and security reviews) to completion.
  • Work closely with third parties and project teams to ensure system readiness and effective alignment/co-ordination across teams for user acceptance testing and integration testing, refining the approach taken as Company increases agility through the various testing and project phases.
  • Work with colleagues, key stakeholders, and third parties to actively remove any obstacles blocking progress and ensure initiatives and projects are tracking to schedule, escalating to team management or program management as appropriate.
  • Proactively identify and manage delivery issues and risks in accordance with Company's risk management framework.
  • Track progress against target completion dates of initiatives and projects using Jira and other tools; work with component teams and senior program management to resolve any issues which impact plans.
  • Report on progress at the appropriate meetings (project-specific and company-wide) in accordance with Company's project management framework.
  • Acquire a high-level understanding of the design, business logic, and conceptual architecture of the relevant enterprise software.
  • Assist teams in breaking down and scheduling work activities.
  • Support and track process improvements including those which will improve project predictability.
  • Provide guidance and assistance in resolving issues and removing roadblocks.
  • Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.

About you:

  • A degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science or another related field
  • Experience which includes 3+ years of project implementation in the Enterprise Applications domain and/or SaaS systems i.e. FIN/ACCT, HR, CRM (as a Project Manager or equivalent role) including planning, monitoring, managing risks and issues, and reporting on project status
  • Experience of project delivery using Agile, Scrum and hybrid development and implementation methodologies
  • Experience with driving initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders across organizations including working with remote teams across multiple geographies
