WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations and timely fulfillment of orders. This role involves managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The Warehouse Coordinator works closely with the operation teams. This position is responsible for multiple warehouses and some travel on a regular basis will be required.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all warehouses in CFOC network
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of products within the warehouse.
Order Fulfillment:
- Create PO's and MyTVC Orders for restock of warehouses.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to schedule and optimize shipments.
- Track and report order status, ensuring timely delivery.
Quality Control:
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Inspect products for damages and ensure they meet quality standards.
Safety Compliance:
- Promote and enforce safety protocols within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular safety training for warehouse staff.
- Address and resolve safety concerns promptly.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and conveyor systems.
- Schedule routine inspections and repairs as needed.
Communication:
- Communicate effectively with all departments to coordinate workflow.
- Provide regular updates on inventory levels, order status, and warehouse performance.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities.
- Generate reports to analyze and improve warehouse efficiency.
Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies, order delays, and other operational challenges.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement new procedures.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Provide training and support to team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Occasional travel may be required.
