Role Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at Titan, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing product information, answering questions, and resolving issues efficiently. You'll advocate for customers, collect feedback, and troubleshoot issues to ensure a positive experience. Effective communication across multiple channels is critical, as is managing escalation and promoting customer loyalty. You will lead customer interactions and assist with Titan's sales and communication efforts to ensure success.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Process walk-up and call-in orders.
- Prepare bills of lading/shipping documents.
- Process customer invoices.
- Deal with customer inquiries (i.e. pricing, product information).
- Assist in inventory management.
- Learn product knowledge.
- Coordinate orders and shipments with Yard Personnel.
- Work closely with Inside Sales and Procurement.
- Assist the Receptionist with incoming phone calls as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team-based environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly organized and process-driven.
- Dedicated to the pursuit of continuous improvement.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Assets:
- Experience in a similar role relating to construction products.
- Previous experience in customer service or a relevant field.

Other Information
- This is a full-time, in-office position Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (November 1- March 31) and 7:30 am – 5:00 pm (April 1 – October 31), with the potential for some additional over time during the peak season.
- This position is open to candidates based in our Ile De Chenes, MB office.
- Travel is not required.
- Wage will depend on the qualifications of the candidate.
