Our client is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to providing high-quality medical services to the community. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinic Nurse Practitioner to join their team in British Columbia.
What you will be doing:
Conduct comprehensive health assessments of patients presenting at the clinic.
Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and therapies.
Administer vaccinations and provide preventive healthcare services.
Offer health promotion and disease prevention guidance to patients.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.
Stay current with medical advancements and best practices through ongoing professional development.
What You Need to Have:
Master's degree in Nursing with Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification. (must)
Current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) as a Nurse Practitioner.
Successful completion of the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE).
Active, unrestricted provincial license(s) with prescribing privileges.
CPR certification.
