Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years managing in the service industry
• Similar fast paced environment and atmosphere
• Comparable sales volume
• Experience in managing a team of up to 50 staff

Job Requirements:

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Continuous development & motivating of staff and supervisors
• Responsible for front of house restaurant operations – including but not limited to:
  • Guest experience
  • Handling guest concerns
  • Cost controls
    o Hiring and training of FOH staff
  • Motivating staff – staff incentive programs
  • Legislative compliance
  • General cleanliness
  • General operations – ensuring systems and standards compliance

• Required to be available for all shifts required – opening, closing, mid shifts, weekends
• Legislative certifications preferred – SmartServ, First Aid, Health & Safety, Food Handling
• Following all Shoeless Joe's policies and procedures consistently
