The Homescan Operations group supports the organization in its efforts to sell and service consumer data solutions. Consumer insight data helps our clients better understand their consumers and the opportunities they represent.
As a Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for investigating and solving telephone and email queries from our Household Panel Members. You will also assist panel members with any problems concerning scanner operations and update all panel information.
Key Qualifications
Excellent English and French communication skills both oral and written a must
Demonstrated problem solving skills and high attention to detail
Good logic and interpersonal skills are essential
Proven ability to multi-task and work in a team environment is required
Strong customer focus and a pleasant telephone manner
Technically savvy with strong knowledge of MSOffice including Excel
