ABOUT THIS ROLE
Patrick Ta Beauty is looking for experienced Sales, Artistry and Education Executives in key cities across the US to enable us to best service Sephora and drive US sales and brand awareness. .
The ideal candidate will have sales, education, artistry and management experience. Sales, Artistry & Education Executive's must have 1-2 years prior experience within the Sephora environment.
This role will prioritize key retail shopping moments, prioritize working Tuesday-Saturday and will be heavily spent in store/consumer facing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales, Artistry and Education Executive will be responsible for driving retail sales in select doors, developing and managing in store partnerships and increasing brand awareness thru in store visits, events and training.
  • Meet sales plans in designated territory.
  • Seek opportunities to train BA's and LBA's during each visit.
  • The Sales Artistry & Education Executive will prioritize key shopping moments and a standard work schedule will be Tuesday-Saturday.
  • Reinforce artistry tips and techniques of Patrick Ta to strengthen the brands artistry heritage and POD during each client and store interaction.
  • Execute weekly events, surpass monthly event objectives.
  • Sales, Artistry & Education Executives will have secondary/travel markets.
  • Sales, Artistry & Education Executives will manage a larger territory, with a robust freelance team.
  • Develop and nurture retailer relationships.
  • Increase product revenue volume in hero categories.
  • Lead by example in all aspects of the business (sales, training & artistry).
  • Recruit, Hire and train freelance team.
  • Plan, manage, participate in special events & trainings.
  • Provide consumer insight to PTB leadership team.
  • Manage store fixture updates & replacements in partnership with store operations teams.
  • Execute retailer programs and promotions.
  • Adhere to budget guidelines.
  • Manage and approve freelance support scheduling.
  • Some travel required in designated territory.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Mandatory cosmetics industry experience and artistry skills.
  • 3+ years of cosmetic sales experience in Specialty-Multi selling environment.
  • Previous experience as Account Coordinator or Sales Leader with designated market responsibility.
  • Proven success in leadership or management role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and passionate about Patrick Ta Beauty.
  • Proactive team player and collaborator.
  • Organized with exceptional time-management skills.
  • Must be completely self-motivated.
  • Leadership skills; Must be able to motivate and mentor large freelance teams.
  • Proven cosmetics sales track record is required.
  • Must have a flexible style and be able to adapt to changes quickly.
  • Ability to commute within the given territory.
  • Multitasking, analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to set clear goals and priorities.
  • Must be willing & able to travel.
  • Must have reliable transportation & a valid driver's license.
