The Retail Sales team is the face of the brand, engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet and exceed their expectations!

The Retail Sales Representatives' responsibilities include:

• Helping prospects with product selection and purchasing decisions

• Providing product information and answering questions about features, pricing, and availability

• Processing sales orders

• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, and efficiently using our POS system

• Encouraging repeat business and acquiring clients through excellent brand consulting and face-to-face interactions

• Assisting with promotional marketing campaigns, retail events, public relations, merchandising and inventory

Our new Retail Sales Representative will have:

• Passion for exceptional customer experiences and excellent customer service

• Self-motivation with a proactive approach to every prospect and the ability to adopt basic sales and marketing skills

• Drive for outstanding performance

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

• Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Full-time availability to work 40 hours per week
