Cabin Resources Management Ltd. has built a foundation of experience and dedication to quality and innovative solutions in four main divisions: forestry, environmental operations, recreation solutions and wildfire management. We are currently looking to add a Bookkeeper to our Administrative Team.
This is a full time, temporary position, covering a leave for an employee starting April-May 2025.
Responsibilities:
As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for the following:
- Bookkeeping in Quickbooks Online
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payables and receivables
- Data entry and accommodation bookings for our field workers
- General administrative duties
- Monthly invoicing
What we are looking for:
- Business/Accounting or related post-secondary training
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility on handling multiple tasks
- Optimistic attitude to provide great service for our team
- Previous accounts payable experience and a working knowledge of QuickBooks and data entry would be considered assets
