Project Description:Reach My World is working on a subscription-based Evangelism platform. The expected duration of the project is 6 months to 1 year. This is a contract position.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with founders, developers, and other team members to understand project requirements and user needs.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications, using the provided brand guidelines and strategies.

• Maintain organized design files which will be handed off to & implemented by the software development team.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

• Present design concepts and solutions to founders and incorporate feedback.

• Ensure designs are accessible and meet usability standards.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements

• Must be a dedicated Christian and willing to sign a statement of faith

• Must be willing to sign an NDA

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.

• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Self-start attitude and personality with excellent time management skills.

• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome

• Professional written and interpersonal skills
