We're searching for a Toronto-based Junior Software Developer to join our Global R&D team, so that we can enhance our Human Capital Management stack. The Junior Software Developer will support the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions to drive RLDatix's mission of improving healthcare safety.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• Review, refine, estimate, and prioritize functional changes in close collaboration with the Scrum Squad to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Produce clean and efficient code adhering to relevant patterns and standards to achieve engineering excellence.

• Engage in design and review processes as an author to ensure robust software solutions.

• Perform verification and validation to ensure product backlog items are complete and ready for handover.

• Troubleshoot customer production issues to ensure smooth and efficient software operation.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft and AWS technologies
