One of our automotive clients in GTA, ON region is looking for a Packer for their manfacturing facility.

Shift - 12 hr rotation
Pay - $18

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing Products: Carefully pack items in appropriate containers and materials to prevent damage during transportation.

• Inspecting Quality: Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards before packing.

• Labeling: Properly label packages with identification and shipping information.

• Recording and Tracking: Maintain accurate records of packed items, including quantities and other relevant details.

• Organizing Supplies: Monitor packing materials, report shortages, and replenish supplies as needed.

• Safety Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

• Collaborating with Team: Work closely with the production team to meet packing deadlines and ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed

• Basic math and record-keeping skills

• Familiarity with safety regulations in a manufacturing setting

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
