Job Summary:
As a Senior Hydraulic Press Designer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our portfolio of hydraulic press machines. You will lead our design efforts to meet the evolving needs of our clients, ensuring efficiency, safety, and innovation in every project. Your expertise will guide our engineering team through complex design challenges, maintaining status as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of hydraulic press machines and systems, focusing on innovation, efficiency, and safety.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and simulation to optimize designs for performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, sales, and customer support, to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
  • Mentor junior designers and engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory standards to ensure offerings remain at the forefront.
  • Lead by example in project management, ensuring designs are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 to 20 years of experience in hydraulic press design or a closely related field.
  • Proven track record of innovative design and successful project management.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools.
  • Exceptional understanding of hydraulic systems, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with teams across the organization and with external partners.
