Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide service to existing Agency clients via phone, email and in person.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Requirements:

• You already have or are willing to obtain OTL/RIBO provincial license for Auto and Property sales as well as LLQP License to sell Life Insurance and Living Benefits.
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
• Ability to cross and upsell insurance products to existing and potential clients.
• Ability to develop leads, network and connect with people.
