Key roles and responsibilities:

• Building of custom millwork projects which include but not limited to: doors, mantles tables, beams , posts and rails
• Produce high quality workmanship with great attention to details.
• Follow production schedules and work with supplied documentation to ensure efficient flow of materials.
• Offsite installation of custom products will be required using company vehicle.

Skills/Requirements

• Carpentry, or cabinet maker: Minimum 2 years experience.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools and woodworking machinery.
• Build, manage, and assemble custom millwork products.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have a valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools and woodworking machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong problem solving skills and creativity.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Adherence to safety protocols.

8 hour shifts - Monday - Friday.
Overtime available.
Compensation will be based upon experience.
Benefit package available after 3 month probation.
