Compensation range: $24-$30 Hourly CAD
The Compensation Range includes the span between the minimum and maximum base salary. The midpoint of the range is approximately halfway between the minimum and the maximum base salary and can be considered for an employee with full job knowledge, required qualifications and experience for the position.

Organizational Status
We are currently looking forward to welcoming a Part Time, Microsoft Certified Trainer. You will be part of our fantastic team and report directly to the Vice President. You'll be part of a team of experienced and passionate people who believe in continuous development and work hard behind the scenes to help its students thrive in Canada.
Job responsibilities:
- Deliver Training: Conduct classes on Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, Windows Server, and other Microsoft products.
- Curriculum Development: Customize and develop course materials as needed to meet the specific needs of students or corporate clients.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to students during and after the training sessions.
- Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies and certification updates.
- Act as instructor representative for all classes on behalf of CICCC virtually or in person.
- Follow (and in many cases modify) the official Microsoft curriculum to meet the time constraints of our students.
- Assist, as requested, in the marketing of course content as part of the classes or on an as-needed basis in each location/territory.
- Communicate any instructional or technical discrepancies within the course content.
- Communicate, as required, with learning teams before a class to ensure all facilities are properly equipped and ready for instructional activities.
- Manage all administrative class-based activities during the class-based sessions.
- Responsible for reporting the actions to the Head office, CICCC as needed, but no later than one business day after class completion.
- Maintain and keep active all certifications to maintain a position with the company.
- Travel or support courses virtually as needed.
- Manage all course format types.

Supervision ReceivedWorks independently and in collaboration with the Vice President. The performance is evaluated for efficiency, effectiveness, achievement of objectives, and quality of work.
Supervision Given None, however, may provide general training/explain the work sequences to new team members.
Qualifications
Must have ACTIVE certifications in Microsoft Office Applications, including:
- Excel
- SharePoint
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Teams
- Power BI
- Azure
- 6+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Dynamics 365
- Current Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT) is a MUST
- 4+ years of experience training end users on Microsoft Azure
- Eligible to give Microsoft Fundamental Certification courses of focusing either AZ, AI or DP.
- Commitment to keep up to date with IT trends and developments.
- Demonstrate high standards of professionalism in all activities.
- Deep understanding of large platform solutions, Windows and Linux IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, Security, Storage, networking, OSS tools and/or emerging computing trends
- Broad understanding of cloud computing, cloud infrastructure, application development/devops, data analytics and/or artificial intelligence.
- Hands-on project experience with Microsoft Azure is a MUST
- Constantly learn the most innovative technologies related to cloud computing in the areas of infrastructure, application development, data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI)
- Ability to maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently without supervision and in a team environment where mutual support is essential.
- Interact with others in a tactful, compassionate, and sensitive manner.
- Ability to identify and respond to sensitive community, organizational issues, concerns, and needs.
- Effective verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to establish rapport with people of all educational and occupational backgrounds.
Requirements:
- Certification: Must have valid Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification. This requires holding relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
- Experience: Prior experience in delivering technical training, preferably on Microsoft technologies.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products and services.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Education: Typically, a bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) is preferred.
